Our organic extra virgin olive oil has won over a dozen awards since 2003, and for good reason –we think it’s pure Tuscan-style liquid gold.  Devoid of any of the harsh bitter characteristic of many puerile California oils, this, our signature offering, is a mature, full-flavored balance between a quick blast of grass and a lingering, creamy, herbaceous finish – with a memorable, but non-abrasive, grind of white pepper in-between.  It gently warms the throat as it strikes tones of freshly-crushed olives, tomato leaf, and sweet apples. Its flexible stamina brings elegance to quality ingredients.  We suggest pairing it with seasonal vegetables and fresh salads, drizzling it to finish seared meat or poached fish – or just enjoying its simplicity with a rustic baguette.
