Pancakes with Wildflower Honey



* 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
* 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 tablespoon Harris Ranch Napa Valley wildflower honey
* 1 cup milk, can add 1/4 cup more if necessary
* 1 egg
* 3 tablespoons butter, melted

1. In a large bowl with pour spout, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Melt butter and Harris Ranch Napa Valley honey in a microwave. Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, egg, melted butter and honey; mix until smooth.
2. Heat a lightly buttered griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. When the butter is starting to bubble pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle. When the pancakes are bubbling, when brown flip and brown on other side. Drizzle with honey and serve!
