Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
Ingredients:
Pumpkin seeds
Salt
Olive oil
Rinse the pumpkin seeds and spread out on a sheet of aluminum foil covering a baking sheet. Drizzle 1 teaspoon of olive oil and mix. I then lightly salted them and put them in the oven at 250 degrees for 1 hour. While they were baking I turned them over a couple of times so the top and bottom became dark brown. They were delicious and we ate them too fast to take a photo. Enjoy!
