Cranberry Relish



Ingredients:
3 oz honey
1 cup + 5 oz brown sugar
1/4 balsamic vinegar
1/4 white vinegar
1 meyer lemon
1 tangerine or mandarin
1 1/2 cups dried Bing cherries
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cinnamon stick
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg

Cut the lemon and the tangerine into thin slices and then quarter them. Put all ingredients into a medium large saucepan bring to a boil. Turn down the heat and simmer for 15- 20 minutes.

I like to transfer it into the container I'll serve it into and then refrigerate it. You can make several days in advance. This is a favorite of mine!!
