French Haricot Vert (Green Beans)
Green Beans - we used Earth Exotics French Haricot Vert
Salt and Pepper
Olive Oil
Top and tail beans. Blanch in boiling, salted water. Take out and toss immediately with salt, pepper and extra virgin olive oil. Serve hot or room temperature.
