Baked Brie with Balsamic Vingar and Honey Reduction
Baked Brie with HRNV Balsamic Vinegar and Honey Reduction
Ingredients:
* 1/2 cup of Harris Ranch Napa Valley Balsamic Vinegar
* 1 tsp sugar
* 1 tsp Harris Ranch Napa Valley Wildflower Honey
* Round of Brie
Directions:
* Pour 1/2 cup of balsamic into small sauce pan over low heat
* Stir periodically until steam begins to rise
* Add 1 tsp sugar, stir
* Add 1 tsp honey, stir
* Increase heat and stir until desired consistency
* Place brie in 350 degree oven on oven proof plate that you'll serve it on for 10 minutes / until it just starts to melt
* Drizzle reduction over brie and serve
