Beef Tenderloin with Harris Ranch Napa Valley Olive Oil

Ingredients:
Tenderloin of beef
Harris Ranch Napa Valley Olive Oil
Ground Pepper

Directions:
   * Preheat oven to 500
    * Pat dry trimmed tenderloin
    * Roll tenderloin in HRNV olive oil
    * Roll tenderloin in ground pepper, pressing into tenderloin
    * Place meat into oven and wait until it starts to form a crust
    * When crust forms, drop heat to 350 and remove from the oven when interior of meat reaches 140
    * Let meat rest, then cut in thin slices, serve with brioche.
